POST-TENSIONING

Since 2005 we have also been building post-tensioned cast in situ concrete structures in the Estonian market. Post-tensioned structures have more advantages when compared with ordinary reinforced concrete – longer spans, thinner structures, watertight quality, etc.
We have completed several PT-projects.

The most important completed works in Finland are Tikkurila (Dixi) Shopping Centre, parking buildings in Vantaa and UPM-Kymmenen Head Office in Helsinki.

In 2008 we completed the works of the biggest Estonian office building (Tammsaare Business Centre) where the post-tensioned slabs were used. We also built parking garages at Jõe 4a and Pärnu mnt 158 in Tallinn and Tigutorn’s (Snail Tower’s) parking lot in Tartu.
